Overall DNA structure

A DNA repository (or folder) has four main components:

• Source files: These are the files that you should edit to change the functionality of your DNA.
• Processing files: These are small programs that collate source files into output files.
• Output files: These are the files that are used by RailCOMPLETE drawings. Some files are both source files and output files.
• Documentation: These files describe your DNA to your users.
